The Monograph "France and Serbia: Centuries of Friendship"

From Alexis Troude, one of the leading experts for Serbian-French relations and professor at the University in Versailles, comes the monograph France and Serbia: Centuries of Friendship. It speaks about the historical and cultural relations of the two nations and countries, paying special attention to persons and cultural heritage important for their mutual ties.

The Center published this dual-language monograph, in Serbian and French, in 2019, informing the expert and wide public of the ties between our two countries.

At the promotion of the monograph France and Serbia: Centuries of Friendship on October 22nd, 2020, in the Yugoslav Film Archive, the speakers were: the author Alexis Troude, Vuk Vukićević, the Center’s director, Manuel Buar, the director of the French Institute in Serbia, Mile Bjelajac, scientific advisor and director of the Institute for Recent History of Serbia, Aleksandra Kolaković, a scientific associate of the Institute for Political Studies, Vladimir Kolarić, editor of the monograph
