The BIOS exhibition was officially opened at the Institute (Zaprokulu) on the occasion of the Museums for 10.
The exhibition was opened by Djordje Stanojevic, the author of the exhibition, and Ljubivoje Rsumovic, a living classic of Serbian poetry and a prominent lover of ecology during the European Museum Night.
Prominent visual artist and lecturer Stanojević pointed out that with his work he wants to be an example of artistic dialogue between nature and man: “Dialogue is the key word. It is realized through nature through painting. That dialogue creates the content of the image. ”
The famous poet Ršumović pointed out his enthusiasm for the author’s paintings, calling them a small sun with a yellow crown of light and life.
In Zaprokul, a workshop was held on making beautiful and useful objects from the waste of students of the Agricultural School with the dormitory of students of PK “Belgrade”, who through recycling practically showed that every person is an artist who can revive the unity of nature and artistic trends.
Zaprokul through recycling once again reminds visitors that waste does not have to be just waste, but that new things and art can be created from it through upcycling – re-creative use. We started upcycling by collecting computer waste to create works of art by the young and talented artist Danica Maksimović, with whom we will collaborate in the future.
Until the end of the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to taste the natural meadow honey of the small family beehive Pčelarev sin.
WE INVITE ALL VISITORS TO COME TO ZAPROKUL AT 6 PM ON MAY 20 TO TALK WITH THE ARTIST AND HELP IN RELEASING THE ARTISTIC SPACE OF THE GALLERY FROM ACCUMULATED WASTE. ZAPROKUL WILL GIVE THE MOST SUCCESSFUL VISITOR THE GIFT OF NATURE – HONEY.
