What are the retrospect and perspective of young people?

Before the 45th birthday of “Škozorište” on Thursday, October 27, starting at 6 p.m., the Institute (Zaprokul) will organize a promotion of research and the accompanying exhibition Retrospective and Perspective. Effects of cultural participation. This important research by Zaprokul is dedicated to the importance of innovative programs aimed at children and young people and the importance of participating in culture in childhood.

The research Effects of cultural participation as well as a whole series of other researches by Zaprokul showed that the programs “Škozorište” (1977 – 2006) and “Školigrica” ​​(1981 – 2006) implemented by the Stari Grad Culture Center in Belgrade represented innovative practices of encouraging a creative approach to development children and young people. Zaprokul approaches young people in his research in a new and innovative way, wanting to get them interested in culture and show them new perspectives. About programs intended for children and young people, about their cultural participation and research Effects of cultural participation on the presentation of research and the opening of the exhibition will be discussed by:

Dr. Ružica Rosandić, former researcher of Zaprokul;
Ljubica Beljanski – Ristić, spiritus movens “Škozorišta”, “Školigrice” and BITEF Polyphony;
Biljana Jokić, Ph.D., researcher in Zaprokul.

Former participants of “Škozorišta” will also take part in the conversation, and the conferees of this conversation will be Dr. Maša Vukanović, a researcher from Zaprokul.
